Ingredients

  • 3-4 medium squash
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the squash and onion.
  2. Place the sliced squash and onion on a microwaveable dish.
  3. Dot the butter on top and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Microwave for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir before serving.
