Instructions
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Break 1 loaf of bread into pieces and cover the bottom of the pan.
- Add raisins and/or nuts, if desired.
- Melt the margarine.
- Add brown sugar, vanilla pudding, milk, and cinnamon. Mix until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture over the broken pieces of bread.
- Break the second loaf of bread over the first layer.
- Let the assembled buns rise for about 3 hours or until above the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the pan immediately and turn upside down to serve.
