Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork or beef ribs, cut into pieces
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. wine (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the ribs into a baking pan.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients well and pour over the ribs.
  3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1.5 hours.
