Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb boiled ham
  • 1/4 lb Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb salami
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw the bread dough and press it into an 11 x 14-inch pan.
  2. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 5 minutes, then press again.
  3. Beat the egg and brush half of it onto the dough.
  4. Layer the boiled ham, Provolone cheese, pepperoni, and salami until all are used.
  5. Mix the remaining egg with Parmesan cheese and pour over the meat layers.
  6. Spread the second loaf of dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter and bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
