- Thaw the bread dough and press it into an 11 x 14-inch pan.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 5 minutes, then press again.
- Beat the egg and brush half of it onto the dough.
- Layer the boiled ham, Provolone cheese, pepperoni, and salami until all are used.
- Mix the remaining egg with Parmesan cheese and pour over the meat layers.
- Spread the second loaf of dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the top with melted butter and bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
