Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Form a shallow well in the center of the mixture and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Spoon mixture into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes in pans.
