Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 oz. whipped topping
  • 1 pt. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the sour cream and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  5. Spread a layer of strawberry glaze over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the glaze.
  7. Cover the strawberries with the remaining strawberry glaze.
  8. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the berries and glaze.
  9. Cover the pie and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
