Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan to soften.
- Wash strawberries and remove stems.
- Reserve a few berries for garnish. Assemble and attach fruit/vegetable strainer.
- Turn to speed 4 and strain strawberries in bowl.
- Attach bowl and flat beater. Add 1 cup cream, sugar and salt to strawberry puree.
- Turn to stir speed and beat until well blended.
