Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 1/2 c. strawberries
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan to soften.
  2. Wash strawberries and remove stems.
  3. Reserve a few berries for garnish. Assemble and attach fruit/vegetable strainer.
  4. Turn to speed 4 and strain strawberries in bowl.
  5. Attach bowl and flat beater. Add 1 cup cream, sugar and salt to strawberry puree.
  6. Turn to stir speed and beat until well blended.
