Philly Beef Stuffed Sandwich

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Press garlic into hot oil, then add chopped green bell pepper, chopped onion, and half the oregano. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Unroll one pizza crust and stretch into a 9 x 13-inch rectangle.
- Layer half of the sliced roast beef and American cheese over the crust.
- Spread half of the cooked vegetable mixture over the cheese.
- Roll up the rectangle jelly roll style, starting with the longer side.
- Place on a pizza pan, seam side down, forming a half circle.
- Repeat with the second crust and toppings, then place both in the pan to form a complete circle, pinching ends together to join.
