Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberry ice cream or frozen yogurt (low-fat)
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place 1/2 cup ice cream or yogurt, frozen strawberries, and milk into a blender.
  2. Blend on low and then on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Top with a second scoop of ice cream or yogurt.
  5. Finish with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.
