A vibrant and creamy strawberry Jell-O dessert layered with pineapple, strawberries, pecans, and topped with sour cream, perfect for summer gatherings or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large package frozen strawberries
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 small package chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Add the can of crushed pineapple, frozen strawberries, and chopped pecans to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a 9 x 12-inch glass dish, pretty bowl, or Jell-O mold.
  4. Let it stand in the refrigerator until set.
  5. Spread a layer of sour cream over the set Jell-O layer.
  6. Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture over the sour cream and let it set thoroughly.
