Instructions
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
- Add frozen strawberries to the jello and stir until melted.
- Chill the mixture until it thickens.
- Prepare the pudding as directed on the box.
- Break the angel food cake into small pieces and spread half of it in the bottom of a large 11x14-inch Pyrex dish.
- Pour half of the strawberry mixture over the cake layer.
- Spread the remaining cake pieces over the strawberry layer.
- Pour the rest of the strawberry mixture over the second cake layer.
- Spread the prepared pudding over this layer.
- Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
