Strawberry Jubilee is a delightful layered dessert combining sweet strawberries, fluffy angel food cake, cool whipped topping, and crunchy pecans, perfect for gatherings and summer treats.

Ingredients

  • 4 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • 1 large angel food cake
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries to the jello and stir until melted.
  3. Chill the mixture until it thickens.
  4. Prepare the pudding as directed on the box.
  5. Break the angel food cake into small pieces and spread half of it in the bottom of a large 11x14-inch Pyrex dish.
  6. Pour half of the strawberry mixture over the cake layer.
  7. Spread the remaining cake pieces over the strawberry layer.
  8. Pour the rest of the strawberry mixture over the second cake layer.
  9. Spread the prepared pudding over this layer.
  10. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
