Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, and chopped nuts to the Jell-O.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a 2-quart mold.
  4. Chill until the Jell-O is firm.
  5. Spread sour cream over the chilled Jell-O before serving.
