Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • frozen strawberries
  • strawberry Jell-O
  • cream cheese
  • boiling water
  • pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add crushed strawberries and crushed pineapple to the Jell-O mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Refrigerate until the Jell-O is firm.
  5. Whip together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Spread the whipped mixture over the firm Jell-O layer.
  7. Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture over the top.
  8. Refrigerate until the entire dish is firm before serving.
