Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas
  • 1/2 cup orange sections
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple-coconut juice

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries, peaches, bananas, and orange sections until smooth.
  2. Combine the fruit puree with pineapple-coconut juice and stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into eight 5-ounce paper cups.
  4. Partially freeze the cups until the mixture is firm enough to insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the partially frozen mixture.
  6. Freeze until completely firm.
