Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. ladyfingers (split)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries with syrup

Instructions

  1. Whip softened cream cheese with sugar on high speed until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with 2 teaspoons vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Layer split ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  5. Spread the strawberry with syrup mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat layers as desired and chill before serving.
