Ingredients

  • Boneless steak
  • Fish sauce
  • Pepper flakes
  • Fresh lime

Instructions

  1. Fry steak on medium high until brown on both sides with a little pink inside.
  2. Then slice steak very thin, add fish sauce, pepper flakes and fresh squeezed lime juice and mix well.
  3. Serve with cooked white rice.
