Stuffed "Armadillo" Shells

Cheesy stuffed rolls filled with seasoned hamburger, broccoli, and creamy soup make a hearty, flavorful meal perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Vienna rolls
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli
  • chopped onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger meat in a skillet with seasonings and a small amount of salt until done.
  2. Cook broccoli in the microwave with a small amount of water for about 8 minutes or until tender.
  3. Mix the cooked hamburger meat, broccoli, and broccoli cheese soup together in a bowl.
  4. Split the Vienna rolls slightly and fill them with the meat and broccoli mixture.
  5. Top the filled rolls with grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at about 375°F for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
