- Cut the baked potatoes lengthwise into halves.

- Add sour cream, butter, beaten egg, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix until fluffy.
- Add a small amount of milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Fill the potato skins with the mashed mixture.
