Stuffed Cheese Bread

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the loaf lengthwise three-quarters of the way through the middle.
- Scoop out the soft part of the bread and reserve it for another use.
- Combine the grated cheeses, capers, and chopped onion and blend well.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cut into 1 to 1½-inch slices and serve.
- Garnish with soups or salads if desired.
