Stuffed Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

  • 12 medium or small French rolls
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 (8 oz.) stuffed green olives
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Cut tops off of rolls; reserve.
  2. Remove inside of roll. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Place filling in each roll. Replace reserved top.
  4. Wrap each roll in waxed paper, twisting ends.
  5. Heat at 250° for 30 minutes in flat pan.
