Ingredients

  • 1 box herb Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 or 2 lb. fish
  • lemon juice
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the herb Stove Top stuffing mix according to the box instructions and set aside to cool.
  2. Sprinkle the fish generously with lemon juice, then stuff the fish with the cooled stuffing and roll up.
  3. Place the stuffed fish in a baking pan, placing the end on the bottom.
  4. Dot the fish with butter and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Sprinkle parsley over the fish and bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
