Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned mushrooms, minced
  • 1 slice reduced-calorie bread, diced
  • 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
  • 5 ounces uncooked flounder fillet
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine the minced canned mushrooms, diced reduced-calorie bread, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and reduced-calorie margarine.
  2. Place the mixture in the center of the flounder fillet; roll up, jelly roll fashion, and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the lemon juice and remaining reduced-calorie margarine on top of the fillet.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
