Stuffed Hamburger Birds are savory patties filled with seasoned stuffing, baked in a flavorful sauce, perfect for a hearty family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. catsup
  • 1/3 can water

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger and milk. Make 5 to 6 flat patties.
  2. Mix stuffing with water until damp.
  3. Place stuffing on each patty.
  4. Roll each patty around the stuffing to enclose it.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom or chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, and water.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stuffed hamburger patties.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
