Stuffed Seashells

Cheesy stuffed seashells filled with spaghetti sauce, topped with mozzarella, Parmesan, and sautéed green pepper and onion, baked to perfection for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 box giant pasta shells
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1 small package Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pint spaghetti sauce
  • 1 small can V-8 juice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the giant pasta shells until al dente, then drain.
  2. Stuff each shell with spaghetti sauce.
  3. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  4. Cover each shell with slices of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and pour V-8 juice around the shells.
  6. Sauté chopped green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
  7. Place the sautéed vegetables on top of the shells.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
