Instructions
- Cook the giant pasta shells until al dente, then drain.
- Stuff each shell with spaghetti sauce.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
- Cover each shell with slices of mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and pour V-8 juice around the shells.
- Sauté chopped green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
- Place the sautéed vegetables on top of the shells.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
