Ingredients

  • 1 box manicotti shells
  • 1 carton ricotta cheese
  • 1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package freezer chopped spinach
  • 1 package cooked ground beef
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped onion.
  2. Stuff the mixture into the manicotti shells.
  3. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
