Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jumbo shells
  • 9 oz. frozen creamed spinach
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 32 oz. spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Cool the cooked spinach and pour it into a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and ricotta or cottage cheese to the spinach and mix well.
  4. Fry the ground beef until browned and then stir in the spaghetti sauce.
  5. Stuff the cheese mixture into each cooked shell.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  7. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the shells.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
