Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/3 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta or a mixture of your favorite)
  • black pepper
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. You will need toothpicks to secure openings on steaks.
