Ingredients

  • jumbo size shells
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 1 jar Ragu
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with garlic and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Prepare the jumbo shells as directed on the box, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Spread a layer of Ragu sauce in the bottom of a flat baking pan.
  4. Stuff each shell with a mixture of the cooked meat or cheese, then place in the pan on top of the sauce.
  5. Cover the stuffed shells with additional Ragu sauce.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the cheese bubbles, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, optionally with French toast and salad.
