Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 6 c. chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  2. Cook celery and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, cooked chicken, and chicken broth.
  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Gradually add beaten egg, stirring steadily.
