Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 to 4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, and baking powder together in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add flour until the dough is soft but workable.
  3. Make small balls from the dough.
  4. Fry the dough balls in lard until golden brown and cooked through.
