Sugarless Fruit Jam

A naturally sweet, fiber-rich fruit jam made from dried fruits and citrus, perfect for spreading on bread or serving with cheese for a wholesome treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pitted prunes
  • 1 c. pitted dates
  • 1 c. Monukka raisins
  • 1 c. dried apricots
  • 1 c. dried black mission figs
  • 1 c. dried Calimyrna figs
  • 1 orange with skin, sliced and seeded
  • 1 lemon with skin, sliced and seeded

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cover and cook over low heat until the water is fully absorbed.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Place the mixture into a food processor in batches.
  5. Process until thoroughly blended.
  6. Pack into containers with tight-fitting lids and store in the refrigerator.
