Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pork hash
  • 1 small piece chung choi, chopped
  • 4 fresh shrimp, chopped
  • 1 package won ton skins
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix the pork hash, chopped chung choi, chopped shrimp, cornstarch, chopped green onion, and eggs to prepare the filling.
  2. Place 1 1/2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each won ton skin.
  3. Gather the edges upward and pinch lightly where all edges meet over the filling, leaving the top open and edges ruffled.
  4. Steam the sui mai for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
