Instructions
- Brown hamburger; drain grease.
- Cube potatoes; quarter onions and cabbage.
- Put vegetables on top of burger, then pour mixture of water,
- soy sauce and sugar over top.
- Cover and boil for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice.
