Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 8 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 head cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles
  • Dressing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and toast the slivered almonds and sesame seeds until lightly browned.
  2. Combine the toasted nuts and seeds with finely sliced green onions, chopped cabbage, broken ramen noodles, and dressing in a large bowl.
  3. Cover and chill the salad for several hours to allow flavors to blend before serving.
