Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled
  • 3 to 4 green onions
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Chop the green onions.
  3. Drain and chop the green chilies and black olives.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: tomatoes, green onions, green chilies, black olives, vinegar, olive oil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  6. Chill the dip in the refrigerator before serving.
