Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small box orange Jell-O
  • 4 Tbsp grated orange peel
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and add grated orange peel and eggs; mix until smooth.
  2. Add the dry cake mix and stir well.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil, thawed orange juice concentrate, and water; mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the orange Jell-O and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
