Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked shrimp, chicken or ham
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumbers, grated carrots, cooked shrimp, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In a separate container, mix the white vinegar and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and meat mixture.
  4. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
