- Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs.
- Place one slice of Swiss cheese and one slice of ham in the center of each breast.
- Roll the chicken breasts tightly, securing with toothpicks or string if needed.
- Roll each chicken roll in finely crushed cracker crumbs.
- Place the prepared chicken rolls in a pan.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of butter and 1/4 cup of white wine over all the chicken breasts.
- Bake until cooked through and golden brown, approximately 30 minutes.
