Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, rinsed and torn into pieces
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 c. frozen green beans
  • 1 c. diced potato
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan over medium high heat, cook onion and green pepper in butter or oleo.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir often.
  6. Serves 4.
