Instructions
- In large saucepan over medium high heat, cook onion and green pepper in butter or oleo.
- Add other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir often.
- Serves 4.
