Ingredients

  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch original salad dressing mix
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine the salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, yogurt, and honey in a bowl. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Place cooked, cubed chicken, drained pineapple chunks, seedless red grapes, drained sliced water chestnuts, and toasted slivered almonds in a large bowl.
  3. Toss the ingredients with the prepared dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds before serving.
