Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh fruit of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • lite whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar.
  2. Add vanilla and vinegar to the beaten egg whites and gently fold in.
  3. Spoon the meringue mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet in triangular mounds.
  4. Top the mounds with fresh fruit of your choice.
  5. Optionally, add lite whipped topping before serving.
