Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly.
  2. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the mixture.
  3. Press the remaining mixture on the bottom and side of a well-greased 9-inch pie plate with the back of a spoon, avoiding the rim.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Stir in sour cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture evenly over the top.
  9. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until set and golden.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
