- Beat eggs until lemon colored and creamy.
- Add sugar slowly and beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add oil and beat for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) and beat for 1 minute.
- Spread half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour the pie filling over the batter.
- Spread the remaining batter on top of the filling.
- Sprinkle 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until done.
