Super Duper Nachos
Super Duper Nachos feature creamy avocado topping, savory chili, and melted cheese layered over crispy tortilla chips, making a hearty, flavorful dish perfect for sharing at parties or gatherings.
Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix ⓘ
- 2 cans chili ⓘ
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped ⓘ
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped olives ⓘ
- shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- giant tortilla chips ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
- In a large (really large) dish, spread bean dip and chili.
- Top with the avocado mixture.
- Layer with the sour cream-mayo mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 20 minutes, or microwave until cheese melts.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
