- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions; drain the liquid.
- Add 2 cups of picante sauce, rinsed and drained beans, and chili powder; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped tomato and sliced black olives.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
- Spoon sour cream onto the center of the meat mixture.
- Place a row of tortilla chips around the edge of the skillet and serve immediately with additional chips and picante sauce.
