- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop carrots, potatoes, onions, and any other desired vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the seasoned ground beef into a loaf or spread evenly in a baking dish.
- Place the chopped vegetables around or on top of the meat mixture.
- Add pats of butter over the vegetables and meat for added flavor.
- Wrap the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
