Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 pkg. spinach souffle
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese (any kind)
  • 3/4 c. cooked, crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Thaw spinach about 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Mix all ingredients except cheese.
  3. Add 1/2 cup cheese and mix.
  4. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
