Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can salmon
  • 5 slices day-old bread, shredded
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 lb. American Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the canned salmon.
