Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 lb. cubed American cheese
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni, drain, and set aside.
  2. Mix the canned corned beef, cream of chicken soup, milk, minced onion, and cubed American cheese together.
  3. Layer the cooked macaroni and the beef mixture alternately in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top of the assembled casserole.
  5. Bake in a 375°F oven for 1 hour.
  6. Check during the last 15 minutes to ensure it doesn't become too brown.
