Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • ketchup
  • 1 large onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Spread the pork chops on a cookie sheet.
  2. Cover each chop with brown sugar and ketchup.
  3. Add a slice of onion on top of each chop.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes, covered.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
